A patella taping kit you can rely on

Through injury, overuse, or repetitive motion, especially during sports and exercise, knees can become prone to damage such as patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), also known as ‘runner’s knee’. Physiotherapists and athletes use a patella taping kit to provide support by moving or controlling parts of the knee joint until mobility is improved and pain symptoms are reduced.

Patella taping works to realign the patella and reduce PFPS pain, improving the quadriceps’ and patellofemoral joint’s function over time. It also allows a patient to practice specific muscle-strengthening exercises safely by holding the joint in alignment.

Sterofix Dressing Retention Tape – Skin-friendly, self-adhesive dressing retention tape that flexes with body movement and conforms to all areas. Applied first as a protective pre-tape layer. Generous 5cm width x 10m length, non-woven polyester fabric, hypoallergenic adhesive, breathable and porous.

Sterotape Premium – Strong and rigid zinc oxide tape with a long-lasting robust adhesive that doesn’t stretch, providing the support vulnerable joints need. 3.8cm width x 10m stretched length, rigid rayon material, ultra-strong adhesive, serrated edge for hand tearing.
